  2. To promote and inform all customers of the services we provide, and advise them honestly if the vehicle would benefit from any further repairs or services we offer.  
  3. To foster a welcoming and friendly manner with all customers, ensuring that all repairs and work are agreed with the customer prior to being carried out through our well organised workshop.

Throughout our first three years open we have worked hard to establish the business and set the foundations required to achieve our aims. We would like to build on the huge level of repeat business we already see and welcome everybody to give us a try.
